Please understand that once an order is shipping I am not responsible for what happens to it.

Shipping

I do not have a specific shipping day as yet but when I do have one I will update this. Until then I will try to post on my Snapchat story the day before I ship orders out and will always post proof that I have shipped orders. Please ensure you input the correct details when placing an order to prevent issues and contact me if there are any problems and I will do the same.

Refunds/Returns

All sales are final, no refunds, exchanges or returns. You may only receive a refund if an item is damaged/ there is a real problem with it. Please report any issues in the first 48 hours of receiving the product.

If you wish to cancel an order please do so in the first 24 hours of it being placed because as I mentioned I currently do not have a specific shipping day and once I have shipped an order I will not refund the money back unless there is an issue with it.
